SUMMARY:2014 Virginia Small Business Summit
DESCRIPTION:Do you want your voice heard in Richmond? Do you want to meet and network with fellow small business owners? Do you want to hear what local politicians and industry experts have to say about the issues that affect your business? If so\, you'll want to register to attend the fifth annual Virginia Small Business Summit! This year's breakfast keynote will be delivered by Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade Maurice Jones\, and the luncheon keynote presentation will be delivered by senatorial candidate Ed Gillespie (confirmed) and incumbent Mark Warner (invited). In between the two keynotes\, you will spend the afternoon in your choice of policy breakout sessions: healthcare\, economic development\, education & workforce development\, tax & regulatory reform\, and technology & telecommunications. The suggestions you put forth during the breakout sessions will be distilled into a Summit Findings policy document\, which will be presented to members of the General Assembly.
