Canap s will be served at 5:30pm in the Carriage House followed by the 6:30pm Wine Dinner with guest speaker Mike Hollok\, winemaker for Carabella Vineyard. Executive Chef John Leonard has created a spectacular four-course menu with excellent wine pairings by Goodstone Sommelier Stephen Elhafdi. \n\n\n\nNestled in the Chehalem Mountains AVA in Oregon's Northern Willamette Valley\, Carabella Vineyard produces elegant estate Pinot Noir\, Dijon Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. The vineyard's main emphasis is Pinot Noir\, with seven different clonal blocks fermented separately\, then blended prior to bottling to exhibit the complex potential of the vineyard. The Dijon 76 Chardonnay is made in a Burgundian style with minimal oak\, lush texture and mineralty. Carabella also produces an Alsatian-style Pinot Gris\, which has intensity of fruit\, aromatics and structure exhibited by only a few of the best vineyards in Oregon.\n\n\n\nThe Wine Dinner seating is limited\, and the cost is $135 per person\, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
