DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a worthy cause that promises to be both fun and memorable. On September 8\, 2016\, AHT Insurance will host its 28th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Loudoun Golf and Country Club in Purcellville\, Virginia. Over the years these tournaments have raised over $434\,000 for charitable causes throughout Loudoun County and this year we're striving for record participation! \n\n\n\nWe are very happy to announce that Mobile Hope will be the beneficiary of our 2016 charity event. The mission of Mobile Hope is simple   yet so critical\, using the Social Determinants of Health framework\, Mobile Hope strives to improve the lives of children 24 years of age or younger who are at-risk\, precariously housed or homeless (as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act) in Loudoun County. There are currently over 1827 youth identified in this category in Loudoun County Public Schools.
