DESCRIPTION:In support of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April we are hosting free self-defense seminars! The first seminar is on April 9\, and the second seminar is on April 25.\n\n\n\nLearn basic self-defense techniques   escapes\, blocks\, and counter-attacks as well as the critical element of mental self-defense. Seminars will be taught by world-renowned Master Hidy Ochiai and Sensei William Max Winkler\, the Chief instructor at Hidy Ochiai Karate of Northern Virginia.\n\n\n\nBoth seminars are open to the public\, ages 8 and up. Participants are asked to pre- register by calling 571-420-6758.
