The ExeConnect events occur quarterly\, and they give young professionals a chance to connect with local executives in a casual environment.\n\n\n\nServing in the Marine Corps for 22 years\, Tom Toth piloted the F-4 Phantom during the Vietnam War\, rising to Lieutenant Colonel before retiring to a career in the financial sector.\n\n\n\nIn 1986\, Tom and his wife Priscilla founded Toth Financial out of their basement.
