Her work with Loudoun nonprofits includes facilitating board development and retreats\, strategic planning\, fundraising\, one-on-one coaching of executive directors\, and more.\n\n\n\nLeigh Shields brings his deep corporate leadership experience combined with years as an executive coaching and leadership development consultant to help nonprofit leaders bring their best to the challenges of today's nonprofit environment.
