DESCRIPTION:On March 10th\, the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce will bring together key leaders from education and business to discuss how local organizations are shaping Loudoun's and Virginia's future workforce.\n\n \n\nJoin us for the next event in our 2026 PolicyMaker Series\, featuring Dr. Aaron Spence\, Superintendent at Loudoun County Public Schools\, and Dr. Anne Kress\, President of Northern Virginia Community College. Both will share how their organizations are advancing college and career readiness\, particularly for students pursuing alternatives to a four-year degree.\n\n \n\nThe event will also feature a panel discussion with local businesses investing in employee training to equip their teams with the skills they need to succeed in an evolving economy.\n\n \n\nFeatured Panelists:\n\n	Michelle Cribbs\, Workforce Development Coordinator   Northern Virginia Construction Careers Coalition (NV3C)\n	Kirk Cox\, President   Virginia Business Higher Education Council (VBHEC)\n	Megan Healy\, Chief of Talent & Workforce Strategy   Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP)\n\n\n\n \n\nDirections: The event is located at the Belmont Country Club Clubhouse   use the front gate from Russell Branch Pkwy (across from Whole Foods shopping center) to enter the Country Club and let the security guard know that you're attending the Chamber event. After entering the main gate\, turn right at the roundabout and then follow the road up to the Manor/Clubhouse. Park wherever you would like. The event is in the upstairs ballroom.
