DESCRIPTION:The Loudoun County Chamber is proud to host Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent\, Dr. Eric Williams\, and Northern Virginia Community College President\, Dr. Scott Ralls\, for an in-depth examination of the  State of Innovation in Education. \n\n\n\nThis program will examine how local K-12 and higher education systems are employing innovation and\, often\, collaboration to better prepare students for the 21st Century workforce and society.\n\n\n\nLoudoun Schools Superintendent Williams will discuss how Loudoun County Public Schools are working to change the culture of  teaching to the test  to focus more on truly preparing students to make meaningful contributions to society as adults.\n\n\n\nA nationally recognized expert in workforce development\, as President of the 58-college North Carolina Community College System\, Dr. Ralls led the redesign of North Carolina?s customized job training programs.
