As the first African-American woman to occupy the Chairman&rsquo\;s seat on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors\, Phyllis Randall is an historic figure.

\nOn May 26th\, nearly five months into her tenure\, Chairwoman Randall will brief the Loudoun business community on her experience thus far and her vision for the County as she delivers her first &ldquo\;State of the County&rdquo\; address to the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.

\nLoudoun'\;s new Chairwoman has taken over the Board&rsquo\;s leadership gavel at an historic time. Loudoun will soon embark on an historic Comprehensive Plan review while crafting plans to maximize the economic potential of the future Silver Line stations.
