This event\, part of the 2026 Policymaker Series\, will feature a keynote presentation by Dennis Shea\, Executive Vice President and Chair of the J. Ronald Terwilliger Center for Housing Policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center and Eric Keeler\, Director of Loudoun County's Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) who will offer insights on housing policy and its importance to our communities at large.\n\n \n\nA panel of distinguished experts will follow\, discussing how market-rate and attainable housing can create vibrant\, thriving communities in Loudoun.\n\n \n\nPanelists:\n\n	Jill Norcross\, Executive Director\, Northern Virginia Affordable Housing Alliance (NVAHA)\n	Kim Hart\, Managing Member\, Good Housing VA\n	Paul Bernard\, President & CEO\, Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC)\n\n\n\nThis is a must-attend event for anyone invested in Loudoun's housing future.
