DESCRIPTION:Team Passos Martial Arts and Fitness announces its grand opening in Sterling\, Virginia on Saturday July 11\, 2015 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. All are invited to join the open house celebration and to try a free all-levels Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class (starting at 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM).\n\n\n\nCome meet the instructors and learn about their teaching methodology while enjoying complimentary snacks and refreshments. The Team Passos Academy specializes in training both youth and adults in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The academy is located near Rebounderz off Sterling Blvd at 22446 David Drive\, Suite 153\, Sterling\, VA 20164.\n\n\n\nThe new academy has over 1\,250 square feet of professional mat space\, lockers\, a pro shop\, and full men's and women's changing rooms. A convenient schedule of morning and evening classes are held six days a week (information about the academy\, program schedule\, etc. can be found on their website at www.tonypassosbjj.com).\n\n\n\nThe Team Passos Academy is owned by head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor\, Tony Passos. Tony moved from his hometown of Recife\, Brazil to the US in 2004 where he began teaching Jiu Jitsu. Since then\, he has made a name for himself in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community both locally and internationally. Tony is a second degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt who is exceptionally gifted at coaching and teaching. Tony personally teaches the academy's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes six days per week. When he is not teaching locally\, Tony conducts seminars and coaches at prominent competitions nationally and internationally throughout the year.
