Tigerlily Foundation is focused on providing support to those young women while they are in treatment.\n\n\n\nTigerlily Foundation will host it's EmPOWER Cocktail & Recognition Reception\, on November 13th from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The Tigerlily Foundation's mission is to educate\, advocate\, empower and support young women - before\, during and after breast cancer. Our programs provide education\, peer support\, financial assistance\, HOPE Bags\, New Normal Journals\, educational text alerts\, preventative health and awareness events\, quarterly Power Chats\, support for Stage 4 breast cancer survivors and survivorship for young women - before\, during and after breast cancer.\n\n\n\nHosted by Lisa Herndon Broyhill of WINC FM\, The EmPOWER Cocktail & Recognition Reception will recognize advocates making a difference\, highlight our sponsors and highlight our programs. We will honor the following advocates and survivors: Anna Norwood (Volunteer of the Year)\; Charelle Barnes (KM Warrior Award)\; Holly Bertone (Inspire Award)\; Kisa Ward (Transformation Award)\; Raquel Witherspoon (Courage Award)\; and Shay Sharpe (Hope Award).\n\n\n\nThe EmPOWER Cocktail & Recognition Reception will be held on November 13th from 6:00-9:00 pm\, at the Hyatt Regency Tyson's\, 7901 Tysons One Place\, Tysons Corner\, VA (next to Lord & Taylor).
