DESCRIPTION:Introducing\, the Tour de Echo - our first annual biking fundraiser. This event will be supporting our organization\, Every Citizen Has Opportunities (ECHO)\, where our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to acheive their optimal level of personal\, social\, and economic success. The funds raised from this event will continue to sustain our staff and will also be invested in our perpetual goal of improving the services and programs we provide to our participants.\n\n\n\nAll cyclists must provide their own bike and wear helmets! The Bicycle Outfitters of Leesburg will be on site to help repair bicycles before the event!\n\n\n\nBy registering for the Tour De ECHO you agree that Every Citizen Has Opportunities\, Inc\,. its employees\, volunteers\, agents and assigns will be held harmless and exempt from any liability whatsoever that reseult from parrticipation in the Tour de ECHO
