Loudoun Chamber Celebrates New Hires in Membership Coordinator Yasmeen Shields and Executive Assistant Dipti Rach

Leesburg, Virginia – The Loudoun Chamber is pleased to announce two new members of their team. Yasmeen Shields will be the Chamber’s new Membership Coordinator and Dipti Rach will be the new Executive Assistant.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am so happy to welcome Yasmeen and Dipti to the Loudoun Chamber staff. They are joining one of the Chamber industry’s finest team of Chamber professionals, and I am excited to work with them both to create even greater value and experiences for our members,” said Board Chair Stacey Metcalfe.
Shields is a local small business owner of Yasmeen’s Sassy Wreaths and has been a Chamber member for six years. Shields has lives in Loudoun for 10 years and has a background in communications and events. She lives in Ashburn with her husband, teenage daughter, and son who is at Virginia Tech. Her role will involve supporting the Chamber’s 1,100-member business, nonprofit and public sector partners.
“I know first-hand the impact the Chamber has on companies and causes of all sizes. That’s why I’m so excited to join this team, empowering the contributions of Loudoun’s business and non-profit communities in dynamic and innovative ways as the new Member Coordinator,” said Membership Coordinator Yasmeen Shields.
Dipti Rach is from Canada and has lived Loudoun for over six years. She and her husband are residents of South Riding, where she Chairs the Diversity Engagement Council. Rach has a background in events, fundraising and social media. She will provide administrative support to the Chamber’s President & CEO and Board of Directors, and to serve as the organization’s “Director of First Impressions.”
Rach shares that she is excited for her new role. “It is such an honor to be a part of the Loudoun Chamber team and I’m so excited for this new adventure.  This role will allow me to build on my passion to bring people together and build relationships for a thriving community! I look forward to meeting the members soon.”
