Tracey is HCA's primary liaison to all Corporate, Government and Community Entities for HCA in Virginia. She has been an effective and decisive leader of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce in 2013, and her tenure will be remembered for her commitment to the community and the launch of Loudoun's first NonProfit resource portal, ConnectNorthernVirginia.org.
