In this practical, step-by-step workshop, we’ll focus on creating a strategic, donor-centered report that supports your fundraising and communication goals.

We will walk through the full process of preparing, creating, and sharing an annual report that is both strategic and realistic to execute.

Participants will leave with a plan for:

Getting Started: A planning framework to determine the best size and scope for your annual report
Creating the Report: Defined next steps to move from draft to distribution
Sharing your Impact: A strategy to use the annual report as an active fundraising tool
