The ExeConnect Series gives young professionals the opportunity to hear the story and connect with one of Loudoun’s top business leaders in a casual and informal setting.
Currently Ms.Tadlock is the Deputy Executive Director for the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation, one of the top private funding organizations in Virginia having contributed more than 50 million to charities and non-profits in Virginia. Ms.Tadlock has contributed to the educational sector serving as Adjunct Professor in the School of Recreation, Health and Tourism at George Mason University teaching Tourism and Events Marketing, and was the featured lecturer on the Tour of Bulgaria, for the American Embassy, Bulgaria. A frequent speaker at conferences and user groups, Ms.Tadlock has published articles and Op-eds on philanthropy and non-profit management, park planning, environmental land use, market trends, and policy issues.
Achievements:
- developed a model high school Healthcare Education Program, designed and implemented a program based giving program for one of the largest private Foundations in Virginia
- preservation of over 7,000 acres of parkland, completion of over $300 million of construction projects, development of methodologies and standards for municipal park systems, and securing over $6 million dollars for community based projects
