Non-profits have faced significant challenges during Covid-19. With recent vaccine developments, though, it looks like there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel. There’s no time like the present for organizations to start thinking about the future, and it isn’t as simple as “flipping the switch.” Considerations such as client needs, program offerings, delivery methods, employee and volunteer re-integration, and when and how to transition have to be addressed. Non-profits also need to look forward, not back, as so much has changed since the pandemic began.
In this session, we’ll discuss the need to be strategic about the future, key things non-profits need to prepare for, and ideas to help them successfully evolve—and thrive—in the “new world.” Participants will learn:
• How to think about “life after Covid-19”
• Where to focus their attentions in planning
• Practical decision-making approaches
• What they need to do right now to prepare
