The Loudoun Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties to present the next series of The Onion Dialogues, a workshop designed to help Loudoun’s community leaders explore and normalize conversations about race.
Just as an onion has many layers, The Onion Dialogues will engage participants in an engaging and interactive dialogue about race in our society and how to honestly, and productively, explore topics such as language, systemic racism, microaggressions, and more.
With the support of Presenting Sponsor Kaiser Permanente, The Onion Dialogues will be presented by consultant Tamara Copeland and the Foundation’s President & CEO, Amy Owen.
The Onion Dialogues workshop session will be held in two, 2.5-hour sessions on back to back days, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Participation is limited to 14 people. Participants must commit to attending both workshop days and to fully participate in these interactive discussions through Zoom’s video feature.
