Crossroads Jobs provides free, individualized job placement and career development services to Loudoun area residents who are experiencing barriers to employment. In addition to job search training and a full suite of employment services, offered in both English and Spanish, we also provide individual post placement support to help people build and maintain stable careers. Crossroads Jobs refers prescreened applicants to area businesses that are hiring.
