Shaelyn has over 8 years of commercial construction and real estate experience. In her role at Merritt Properties, she is responsible for the leasing, customer relations and business development of a 1.5 million-square-foot office and industrial portfolio within Northern Virginia. Shaelyn  is a member of the  Small Business Committee for Loudoun Economic Development, a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the Young Professional’s Committee for the Loudoun County Chamber. In 2017, she received the Loudoun Times Mirror 40 Under 40 award. Shaelyn is a University of Tennessee alumni and Loudoun County native.
