About Us

Our team of Registered Dietitians helps people move from feeling overwhelmed and stressed about food, to feeling confident and nourished through intuitive eating. We work with clients with a variety of nutrition needs, whether it is a recent medical diagnosis, emotional and disordered eating, GI conditions, prenatal/postpartum, pediatrics, sports nutrition or general nutrition questions. We have locations in Leesburg, Alexandria and Washington, DC with the option to meet virtually.
