About Us

Our mission is to preserve the historic buildings & open spaces of the National Historic Landmark & through education increase the public’s knowledge of life & work in an early American rural community. We achieve this through ongoing local history programming & publications, and our signature education programs: Waterford Fair, Waterford Craft School, Camps, Trail/Fun Run & the Second Street School Program for county 4th graders. We also offer unique wedding & meeting space options.
