The CEO Woman was created for women business owners who are ready to move beyond piecing things together and step into structured, sustainable growth. We exist to provide what many business programs overlook: clear strategy, practical implementation, and a supportive environment that respects both leadership and life.
At The CEO Woman, we believe growth is not about doing more. It’s about making better decisions, building stronger systems, and leading with intention. Our work centers around helping women gain clarity, establish structure, and execute with confidence so their businesses can grow without chaos or burnout.
Through our programs, events, and community, we guide women from scattered ideas to focused action—equipping them with the tools, accountability, and support needed to build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable.

Creating Solutions
Tina R. Johnson, CEO. With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Tina Johnson is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, Certified Business Coach, and Business Growth Strategist. Driven by a passion to empower women business owners, she identified a critical gap in the coaching industry: many entrepreneurs knew what needed to be done, but not how to do it.

In response, Tina launched her 8th business and founded The CEO Woman and the Women’s CEO Business School in 2020 to provide actionable strategies for building a sustainable business and achieving financial empowerment.
