"The Modern Landscape of Food"

The Healthy Business Challenge was created to honor those businesses that have implemented innovative programs and policies to promote the wellness and productivity of their employees, while helping to keep rising health insurance costs in check. Businesses that complete the Healthy Business Challenge scorecard will be honored at an annual celebration event. In addition, the Healthy Business Challenge series will include a Wellness Fair and a number of educational workshops on healthy living, alternative health care options and other initiatives.  

Attendees can expect to enjoy a morning of networking and learning.  Dr. Grace Keenan will speak about the effect of certain foods on health and the use of “food as medicine”.  Learn how to prevent and manage diseases with a clean, healthy diet and mere lifestyle changes.  Also enjoy an interactive smoothie demo with Registered Dietician Amy Johnson and a site tour of NOVA Medical & Urgent Care Center – the largest integrative primary care practice in Loudoun.
