From construction to health care, IT to hospitality, many of the industries boasting the fastest wage growth are also the ones offering many jobs that don’t require a traditional four year college degree.
The next 2022 PolicyMaker Series event, the State of Workforce Development, the Loudoun Chamber will bring together business, education and government leaders for a discussion on the career paths and workforce development programs for many high wage, in demand jobs don’t require a college degree.
This event will be held on Friday, September 16th, 8am-10am, at River Creek Country Club. The program will feature a keynote address by Virginia’s Secretary of Labor Bryan Slater, and a panel discussion on the efforts of employers and education partners to fill the demand for employees with technical skills needed to fill in-demand positions across all industries.
