After securing his place on the ticket with 55% of the vote, Herring will now be competing on November 2nd against Republican nominee, Delegate Jason Miyares. Both candidates are seeking to lead the Office of the Attorney General, also known as the “Commonwealth’s law firm” and serve as our citizen’s and our government’s chief legal counsel.
