The Job, Honestly

This is genuinely fun work, pets are thrilled to see you every day. It's also a real responsibility. Our clients count on us to show up for their pets at the times we've committed to, every day, without exception. We assign each walker their daily routes, so you'll know exactly what's expected and when, but the schedule itself is set by us, not chosen day to day. This structure is what lets our clients trust us completely, and it's why we're selective about who joins the team.

About Us

Pawsitivity Pet Services is a multi award winning pet care company serving Leesburg and Lansdowne, VA. We offer dog walking, pet sitting, adventure walks, pet taxi, house sitting, and companion care.

What You'll Do

• Complete assigned visit routes and in home visits within your scheduled time
• Follow each pet's specific care instructions closely, feeding, medication, and playtime included
• Communicate with pet owners, including photo and video updates
• Document every visit through our company app

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for animals and attentive, hands on care
• Prior experience with animals, through pet ownership, volunteering, or pet care work
• Punctual, dependable, and comfortable following a set schedule
• Willing to work outdoors in any weather, traveling on paved and dirt roads alike
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, insured transportation
• At least 18, able to pass a background check, and owns a smartphone
