Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Earns 5-Star Accreditation from U.S. Chamber for Organizational Excellence & Community Impact
Loudoun County, Virginia -- The Loudoun Chamber of Commerce has earned 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, placing it amongst the top 2% of Chambers nationwide for the quality of its programs, policies and impact on the community. The Loudoun Chamber is the only Chamber of Commerce in the DC Metro region with this distinction. The Loudoun Chamber is the only Chamber of Commerce in the DC Metro region with this distinction.

U.S. Chamber's Accreditation Program exists to establish the standards for operational excellence in the Chamber industry and to recognize Chamber’s that achieve “best in class performance” in areas such as governance policies, financial controls, safe work environments, effective communications, public policy, and programming. This extensive self-review can take 6-9 months to complete.

Accreditation decisions are made by the Accrediting Board, a committee of the U.S. Chamber’s Board of Directors. The Loudoun Chamber was previously Accredited at the 4-Star level in 2017.
