About Us

Full Distance is a holistic solution for people of all ages and stages focused on providing access, education, and support to those wishing to live an active, purposeful, and serene life. We provide one-on-one physical and occupational therapy, companion care, and care coordination. As well as an extensive schedule of group fitness classes, personal training, and assisted stretching. We also extend our therapy and companion care services in the home to patients throughout Loudoun County.
