Karen brings an entrepreneurial slant to building a client-focused business as a Realtor with NoVa Home Sellers at Keller Williams Dulles. She has a business degree from Georgetown University and a career spanning various aspects of marketing. Having previously managed her own business for 20 years — first as a marketing consultant and then as the publisher of a website, app, and blog — Karen leverages her skills to assist clients at the highest level in today’s tech-driven real estate arena. 

Karen also brings her passion for northern Virginia to benefit the sellers she works with. Promoting the area and its beautiful homes and neighborhoods comes very naturally to her. And buyers looking to upsize, downsize, invest, or relocate will benefit from her knowledge of the area. 

I am a 20 year veteran of the digital media, marketing and data field beginning in 2001 at AOL. Long harboring a passion for real, I realized a long-held dream of making Real Estate my profession and earned my license in 2015. I found my way to Keller Williams Dulles and met Karen Broussard. Karen and I shared the same service philosophy and launched our partnership NoVa Homesellers. We believe in providing personalized, white-glove service that doesn't often extends beyond the closing table.

I have lived, worked, and commuted all over the Greater Washington, D.C. area for over 25 years most of it living in Loudoun County. I love hiking, social dancing (Swing/Salsa), yoga, our beautiful wine country, and travel. I'm also an avid equestrian who owns a retired three-day eventer thoroughbred, Korrigan. I currently live in downtown Leesburg, VA with my rescue Beabull, Lucy.
